What to Bring
- Your previous year's return, if it was not prepared by our company
- Your Notice of Assessment from CRA Revcan that you received the last year your taxes were filed
- Change of name, address or phone number
- Changes in dependents and/or your marital status
Credits
- Alimony or child maintenance paid or received
- RSP contributions & withdrawals & Home Buyers info
- Annual union dues & professional & association dues
- Tuition & Educational Course fees for yourself & dependants
- Charitable Donation receipts
- Child care Expenses & fees for sports & artistic activities
- Medical receipts & Travel Insurance costs
- Disability Credits, Nursing Home & Home Care Costs
- Motor Vehicle costs if applicable, for employment
- Moving Expenses, for Education or Employment
- The amount of any instalment payments that you paid
Income
All the income information slips that you have received
- T3 & T5, Investment Income
- T4 & T4A, T4E, Employment Income
- T4A, T4A(CPP), T4A(OAS), Pension Income
- RC62 Child Care Benefit,
- Any Other Income, Foreign income or pensions, Interest that you did not get a slip for
Annual Investment Statements showing:
- Dividend & interest income
- Investment expenses paid, like interest charges or management fees
- Purchases or sales of your investments
- Rental income & Expenses SpreadSheets
- Sales or Purchase of investment or personal real estate
- Small Business Income & Expense SpreadSheets
